Why pay more, when our ODHA fee guide is less!

The majority of insurance companies will accept dental hygiene codes and recognize us as service providers in private independent clinic setting. Claims can be sent electronically (EDI) when possible or via paper claim by mail on your behalf. We prefer payment in full on day of service and your insurance company will reimburse you directly, usually within 3-5 business days. This method is preferred as it reduces the need for paper statements to be mailed out monthly. However, if this poses any issues, we will accommodate and accept assignment so that you are only responsible for the portion not covered by your insurance on the day of service.

If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage, we advise that you contact your insurance company provider to determine plan details and limits. Please let us know if you would like us to help in these regards and we will be more than happy to send out a predetermination or estimate of benefits to your insurance provider and your estimate will be mailed to you within 2-3 weeks. Please let us know prior to your appointment date, if you require an estimate sent prior to treatment rendered.

For your convenience we accept cash, interact and Visa/Mastercard.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask to let us know within 2 business days. A history of missed appointments or last minute cancellations may result in a $50/per person or $100/family cancellation fee.
