Something To Smile About is a state of the art Independent Dental Hygiene Clinic that is dental hygiene owned and operated and located in a country setting on the river, in the town of Marmora, Ontario.

Our clinic is clean and newly renovated and welcomes you with a bright and relaxed environment that looks and feels like home. Our clinic is main level with lots of parking located right in front of the main entrance door. Our doorways are a full 36 inches so we can easily accommodate wheelchairs and walkers into our treatment operatory area.

We go above and beyond to offer professional services in a quiet, calm and relaxed atmosphere with comfort in mind. You will have a beautiful country view to enjoy from your dental chair during your appointment. Being a drill free and needle free environment, our goal is to take the stress, anxiety and worry out of your dental hygiene visits. We are proud to provide personalized quality care and services to all individuals or families with or without insurance and we strive to make cleanings an enjoyable experience for you and your family.

We take the time to get to know you as a person and building strong trustworthy patient relationships are important to us. We will make sure to thoroughly explain all aspects of your care from start to finish. After your first visit you will quickly realize that our care is unique and unparallel. We want your dental hygiene visits to be something that you can look forward to and give you a reason to smile about. Our clinic is designed with a combination of spa like comfort and luxury, while still exceeding the standards and professionalism of a health care facility. You can enjoy sitting beside our warm and cozy stone fireplace or maybe you would prefer to decompress beside the tranquil and soothing sounds of our 6 ft tall waterfall fountain. If you are waiting for a family member, you may choose to chill and unwind to Netflix, You Tube or a Music channel. Time will pass quickly when you can view entertainment of your choice. Our reception area is also outfitted with a massage chair that is sure to relax your muscles and work those knots. The fully integrated back massage system feels like someone is gently kneading your back. Who couldn’t go for that!

Our floors are installed with in-floor heating, so your tootsies will never be cold in the winter and our treatment operatory has direct air conditioning installed so you will be cool and comfortable in the summer months.

Our clinic also offers complimentary services aimed at helping you relax and making you comfortable. We have memory foam neck pillows and blankets if you would like to snuggle up in the dental chair. We offer distilled warm water cavitron scaling for those individuals who cringe with sensitivity to cold water temperatures, making your cleanings much more pleasant and at ease. If dry mouth is an issue, we will accommodate with bottled water and we will help relieve dry and cracked lips with an application of an all natural formulation lip balm. We save the best for last…the final touch. At the end of your appointment you will be offered a sterilized moist towel that has been presoaked with a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Use the moist towel to feel refreshed and rejuvenated before you leave.
